Health and Disease are bodily conditions. Zeezrom lay “sick at Sidom, with a burning fever,” and Alma prayed, “heal him according to his faith which is in Christ” (Alma 15:3-10).
Some people died with fevers that were frequent during certain seasons, while plants and roots were prepared “to remove the cause of diseases” (Alma 46:40). The multitude brought those who were “lame, or blind, or halt, or maimed, or leprous,” and every person brought forward was healed (3 Nephi 17:7-9).
