Brazen Serpent

Bronze serpent raised by Moses

Brazen Serpent is an object lifted up in the wilderness. Nephi, son of Helaman, asked, “did he not bear record that the Son of God should come” (Helaman 8:14).

Nephi compared its lifting up with the one “who should come,” saying, “even so shall he be lifted up” (Helaman 8:14).
